Bioreactors of full mixing are intended for suspension cultivation of microorganisms, barmy and fungal cultures, and also initial compositions of medicines.

Bioreactor is a fermentation vat for the production of living organisms, as bacteria or yeast.

The stainless steel (SUS316L) vessel and the whole attachments can be sterilized automatically or manually in this plant scale fermentation system and the whole fermentation process can be performed automatically also. The monitoring and controlling system is selectable for integrated monitoring / controlling board of Silver Double Limited or any kinds of modular system.

The master monitoring and controlling systems can be supplied for the ordered specification and PC based monitoring system is the standard specifications.

· Very easy to operate, wash and make maintenance as it has the open frame structure and uses stainless steel (SUS316L) plate.

· The pH, DO, temperature and rotation speed of the agitator are measured and controlled by the integrated controller system.

Temperature of the vessel is measured by the RTD (Pt-100) and controlled by the digital PID control algorithm. The air driven diaphragm style valve protects for the contamination and easy to clean and make maintenance.


· Stainless steel (SUS316L) is used to prevent contamination and rusting.

· Water jacket system is adopted for precise temperature control.

· Redundant ports are installed on the head plate that the auxiliary sensor can be installed.

· Sensor ports are installed in the circumferential direction on the lower side of the vessel.

Controller System

· Monitoring and controlling system is selectable and the integrated controller board of SiDoLim is standard specification but any kinds of monitoring and/or controlling module can be adopted.

· Standard control system is the same as that of pilot scale system.

· Personal computer based monitoring system is the standard specification for the master monitoring and controlling system but any kinds of the order made system is possible also.

Fermenter body

The size of fermenter takes in general use type as basis and The main material of the fermenter is made by 316L stainless steel. The design pressure: P(inside)= 0.3Mpa, P(interlayer)= 0.3Mpa, The polishing precision: Ra0.40.6, the ratio between diameter and height: 1:2.8

Stirring system

Mechanical sealing system at the top of the fermenter; high-powered stirring oar, antifoam oar; AC electrical machine(SEW):  infinite speed variation;  rpm in the 6000L fermenter: 50~300rpm±1%,  infinite speed regulated by transducer. The height of the stirring oar can be adjusted, too.

Temperature detection and control

Heat by thermostatic water tank and circulate by circulating pump(Grundfos, Denmark), autocontrol (cooling water+5)~70±0.1temperature probe(imported)

pH detection and control

2.00-12.00±0.05pH, autocontrol by adding acid and base, pH sensor (Mettler, Switzerland) and shielding lead (Mettler, Switzerland). 6000L fermenter is autocontrolled with pneumatic diaphragm cell valve(BURKERT, Germany)

DO detection and control

0-150±3% displaying precision 0.1%, sensor (Mettler, Switzerland) and shielding lead(Mettler, Switzerland)

Feed control

3000L fermenter uses pneumatic diaphragm cell valve(BURKERT, Germany).

Antifoam control

Tested by sencor and added antifoamer by peristaltic pump (Longer).

Aeration detection and control

pressure detection and control

Pipeline and valve

The pipelines and valves which are in contact with the zymotic fluid are made by 316L stainless steel, the valves are diaphragm cell valves(BURKERT, Germany).

Control system
